Common Questions Before Your First Call

We spend about 15 minutes on the phone. I will ask you a few questions about what brought you to therapy, and you can ask me anything about my approach, scheduling, or fees. There is no pressure to commit to anything on the call.

Not at all. Many people start therapy knowing they feel stuck but not exactly sure why. We figure it out together. You do not need to have a diagnosis or a clearly defined problem to reach out.

It depends on my current schedule, but I typically can see new clients within one to two weeks of the initial phone consultation. Call or book online and I will do my best to find a time that works for you.
